Once inside the river, she removes her garlands and releases them into the flowing Ganga before diving in herself. The woman swims for a short while before emerging from the water, smiling. The video has since gone massively viral, sparking thousands of comments and debates online.

The video was shared by the Instagram handle @comedyculture.in and has already garnered over 53,000 likes. Netizens are sharply divided — while some see nothing wrong, others have criticized her attire.
One user wrote, “There’s nothing offensive here.” Another commented, “I also took a bath in my underwear; does that make me wrong?” Yet another joked, “Even I bathe in my shorts — should I be questioned too?”
However, not everyone was amused. A user remarked, “She’s disrespecting our culture, and nobody is stopping her. Unbelievable!” Another added, “Everything’s fine, but the bikini is not appropriate.”
