Television actor Anuj Sachdeva, known for Phir Subah Hogi and Itti Si Khushi, has shared a disturbing account of being attacked inside his own housing society.
Despite days passing since the incident, Anuj says he still doesn’t feel safe — especially because the accused has not yet been arrested.
Anuj Shares Video, Says He Was Hit on the Head and Leg
On Wednesday, Anuj posted a detailed video on Instagram explaining the assault.
He revealed:
- He suffered injuries to his head and leg
- The attacker used a wooden stick/rod-like object
- The incident has left him mentally shaken
- What hurts him most is the lack of strict action so far
How a Parking Dispute Turned Violent
According to Anuj, the entire issue began when he stepped out to walk his pet dog. He noticed a car parked improperly in the society premises.
To resolve it peacefully, Anuj clicked a picture and shared it in the owners’ WhatsApp group, requesting that the vehicle be parked correctly.
But this triggered an unexpected reaction.
The Alleged Attacker: Pradeep Singh
Anuj says Pradeep Singh, a resident, became angry and:
- Abused him verbally
- Threatened to kill him
- Reacted aggressively to the parking remark
Sensing danger, Anuj asked his female friend and dog to move away. But before he could react, the attacker picked up a wooden stick and began hitting him.
Anuj was struck multiple times on the head, causing visible injuries.
FIR Filed — But No Arrest Yet
Anuj confirmed that an FIR has been registered, and he trusts Mumbai Police to take action.
However, the delay in the accused’s arrest has left him:
- Worried for his safety
- Mentally distressed
- Concerned about violence within residential communities
He expressed hope that justice will eventually be served.
Earlier Video Shows Attacker Advancing With Iron Rod
Before this statement, Anuj had already shared evidence — a video showing the accused advancing toward him with what appears to be an iron rod, shouting abuses and attempting to attack him.
He had urged fans and followers to share the video widely so that authorities take swift action.
