Saaniya Chandok is the granddaughter of Mumbai-based businessman Ravi Ghai. The Ghai family is a well-known name in India’s food and hospitality industry. They own the Gravis Group, which operates The Brooklyn Creamery and manages Baskin Robbins’ India operations.

While the standalone net worth of The Brooklyn Creamery is undisclosed, its parent company, Gravis Food Solutions Pvt. Ltd., reported a revenue of ₹624 crore in FY 2023–24 — a 20% growth from the previous year. The company’s authorised capital is ₹2.23 crore, with paid-up capital standing at ₹90,100.
