On August 10, Sanjay Dutt had wished Trishala on her birthday with a heartfelt note. But just 15 days later, on August 25, Trishala posted a long note on Instagram, speaking openly about family and mental health.
“Family Doesn’t Always Mean Peace,” Says Trishala
In her post, Trishala wrote:
“Not every person you share blood with deserves a place in your life. Many times, those we call family hurt us the most. You have every right to protect your mental peace, even if it means reducing contact or cutting ties completely. Nobody should repeatedly mistreat you in the name of family.”
She further added that when parents prioritize the family’s image before its true feelings, it creates deeper problems.
Is It About Sanjay Dutt?
Though Trishala did not mention any names, netizens speculated that the post may hint at her strained relationship with Sanjay Dutt. Others, however, believed it was simply a general thought on mental health.
Interestingly, when Sanjay Dutt celebrated his 66th birthday on July 29, Trishala had posted an old picture with him, writing: “Love you more every day.”
