In a dramatic turn of events the Virani family is thrown into utter chaos as the police arrive to arrest Angad. Just when everything seemed smooth at Shanti Niketan, the sirens blared, handcuffs clinked, and Angad’s secrets spilled faster than hot chai on a rainy day.
The cops drop a truth bomb that leaves everyone gasping: “Angad was under the influence when he rammed his car into a pedestrian,” they inform the stunned family, handing over his blood test report.
Mihir clutches the report, disbelief all over his face, while Tulsi, in true Tulsi-style, goes from shock to full-blown rage. Before anyone can say anything she slaps Angad and rains blows on him.
As Angad tries to defend himself, he blurts out a twist: “I wasn’t even driving, it was Sameer!” Turns out, he took the fall for his cowardly friend.
In a desperate move, Tulsi calls Sameer, expecting him to come clean like a good sanskari friend. But Sameer flips the script and points the finger right back at Angad.
The police, not ones to take sides without evidence, promise to retrieve the CCTV footage. With Tulsi storming out of the station, the family is left trying to hold it all together while the media buzzes outside Shanti Niketan.
Gayatri’s Gossip Game Begins
Back at the Virani mansion, Gayatri takes this golden opportunity to turn on her signature taunt mode. “Aapko pata bhi tha ki Angad sharab peeta hai?” she jabs at Tulsi, her smirk wider than ever. But Mihir, ever the calm counterpart, supports his wife, saying, “Tulsi ne hamesha sab bachchon ko apna hi samjha hai.”
Still, the tension thickens as Angad’s bail becomes the next burning issue. Enter Hemant only to be stunned when Tulsi, now channelling her inner courtroom judge, refuses to sign.
“Ignorance is my failure,” Tulsi declares, “but I won’t cover up a crime.” She holds her ground, telling Mihir and Hemant, “Let him face the consequences. Our children must learn accountability” in a bold move.
Gayatri, never missing a beat, accuses Tulsi of bias. “Of course she doesn’t care, Angad’s not her real son!” she says, tossing gasoline on already roaring flames.
But Daksha comes through with a fiery clapback, reminding Gayatri and the audience, “Tulsi raised Angad, Pari, and Hrithik like her own after her sister died. Don’t question her motherhood.” Hemant too stands by Tulsi, snapping back at his mother for crossing the line.
As Tulsi breaks down, Pari and Hrithik rush to her side, proving blood doesn’t always define family.
Just when the family is barely holding it together, a twist in the tale arrives. The traffic cops inform that the accident footage has been found and are on their way to deliver it.

Will the footage prove Angad’s innocence? Or will Sameer get away with his deception?
One thing’s for sure, if you thought Season 2 of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi would be tame, think again. The drama is back, bigger, messier, and oh-so-binge-worthy.
