The countdown has begun for the much-awaited Bigg Boss Season 19, premiering on August 24, 2025. As the excitement builds, the makers have officially unveiled the design of the Bigg Boss house, which promises to add more drama and intensity to the show.
Conceptualised by Art Director Omung Kumar and Production Designer Vanita Garud, the new house goes beyond being just a backdrop—it becomes a symbolic battleground where alliances, conflicts, and survival strategies unfold.
A Cabin in the Woods with Symbolism in Every Corner
The theme of Season 19 revolves around the wilderness, with a rustic cabin-in-the-woods vibe that encourages both confrontation and community.
- The living room greets contestants with a W-shaped wooden pillar, representing strength and nature, alongside wall art of deer and lions—symbolising the daily fights and power struggles.
- The outdoor wigwam seating reflects a tribal community circle, fostering discussions, alliances, and rivalries under the ever-watchful eye of Bigg Boss.
- The Assembly Room, designed as the season’s DNA, becomes the hub for debates, decisions, and power struggles in line with the theme “Gharwalon ki Sarkaar.”
A Symbolic Power Play
Every section of the house carries deeper meaning:
- The garden area features a roaring lion on the roof, representing strength and dominance during tasks.
- The voting room, guarded by an eagle, symbolises Bigg Boss’s watchful eye as contestants face dilemmas of friendship vs. strategy.
- The secret room, decorated with eyes, adds mystery, allowing participants to spy on their housemates and alter their game plans.
Designer’s Vision
Sharing his vision, Omung Kumar said,
“For Season 19, I wanted a house that feels warm and inviting yet hides surprises in every corner. From unusual creatures to watchful eyes, the house keeps contestants on edge. The Assembly Room is the highlight, tying into the theme of power and governance.”
