Anjum Fakih, known for her powerful role in Kundali Bhagya, recently opened up about a personal chapter that had remained mostly private. While her relationship with Rohit Jadhav had once made its way to social media in 2022, its end in 2024 was quietly accepted. Now, the actress has finally spoken about the breakup and shared her outlook on love, heartbreak, and change.
Anjum reflected on how she embraces all phases of love, even the painful ones. She said, “Jab hume pyaar hota hai, hum bohot hi excitement se aur bohot hi khule dil se usko apnate hai. Muje aisa lagta hai ki we should embrace breakups as well.”
She believes that love and heartbreak are both natural parts of life. Talking about relationships, she explained that where there is love, there will be disagreements too. She said people should accept heartbreak just like they welcome love without resistance. In her words, “Jaise hum falling in love ko khule dil se swagat karte hai, vaise hi hume breakups ko bhi gale lagana chahiye aur unse maayus nahi hona chahiye.”
Anjum’s relationship with Rohit Jadhav, a non-industry individual, had gained attention when she made it official on her social platforms. But when the relationship ended, she didn’t speak about it publicly. When asked why, she said she wasn’t sure what to even say at the time. She shared that she tends to live openly, often sharing parts of her life without hesitation. But this time, it was different. As she put it, “Mera problem yeh hai ki danke ki chot pe mai karti hu chize. Toh jab breakup hota hai muje aisa lagta hai iske baare mai kya hi bolu logo ko.”
The split, according to Anjum, happened long before the news broke. She didn’t mention a specific time frame but made it clear that it wasn’t recent. When asked directly about the timeline, she said, “Voh toh tabhi ho gaya tha.”
Despite the end of this chapter, Anjum’s belief in love remains strong. She said that people should not lose faith in relationships just because one didn’t work out. She believes every relationship has its time, and change is an inevitable part of life. Speaking about the friendships she’s lost over the years, she shared how even long-standing bonds sometimes fade, and that hurts too. Still, she’s learning to accept these transitions.
She reflected on some of her oldest friendships, ones that lasted over a decade but eventually ended. These experiences made her feel the sting of loss. But she reminded herself that nothing stays the same. In her words, “Change is only the constant.”
The actress is now preparing for Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, a new project that signals fresh beginnings. Her energy seems focused on her work and her growth.
