In the middle of Punjab’s devastating floods, Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda emerged as a true hero, standing shoulder to shoulder with the affected families in Gurdaspur. Heavy rainfall and overflowing rivers have wreaked havoc in the state over the past few weeks, leaving thousands homeless and destroying houses, crops, livestock, and livelihoods. Among the worst-hit districts is Gurdaspur, where relief efforts are still ongoing.

Randeep Hooda has been actively connected with Global Sikhs NGO, led by founder Amarpreet Singh, along with his close friend Maninder Singh. From Kashmir to Kerala, Manipur to Maharashtra, and now Punjab, this team has been providing relief during disasters for over a decade.
Actor Personally Reaches Out to Flood Victims
According to sources, Hooda wanted to personally stand with people in their time of need. He visited the flood-affected families, heard their struggles, and assured them of continuous support. Alongside NGO volunteers, he distributed relief material and actively participated in rehabilitation work.
