How Is Prem Chopra’s Health Now?
According to media reports, the 92-year-old actor was taken to Lilavati Hospital for a routine check-up. His son-in-law, actor Vikas Bhalla, shared an update with Amar Ujala, assuring fans that there is no cause for alarm.
“He is absolutely fine and was admitted only for a regular check-up. He will be discharged soon,” Vikas Bhalla confirmed.
The clarification brought immense relief to millions of fans praying for the veteran’s speedy recovery.

Dr. Jaleel Parkar from Lilavati Hospital confirmed that Prem Chopra had previously experienced some heart-related issues, for which he was treated by Dr. Nitin Gokhale. Later, he also developed a mild lung infection, but his condition has now stabilized.
“He is out of danger and recovering well. We expect him to be discharged shortly,” said Dr. Parkar.

Vikas Bhalla and actor Sharman Joshi both confirmed that Chopra is doing well and should return home by tomorrow. Despite his age—92 years—doctors have advised a few days of rest before resuming normal activities.
