Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor is going through a tough phase following the untimely death of her ex-husband Sunjay Kapur. While she has remained away from public appearances and parties in recent months, her children — Samaira Raj Kapoor and Kiaan Raj Kapoor — are now entangled in a legal battle.

According to reports, both siblings have moved the Delhi High Court against their stepmother Priya Sachdev, alleging harassment and concealment of Sanjay Kapoor’s will.

Kids Claim Will Is Fake and Concealed for Weeks

Samaira and Kiaan have filed a petition in which they termed Sunjay Kapur’s March 21, 2025 will as suspicious, forged, and fake. The petition further accuses Priya Sachdev of hiding the will for seven weeks after Sunjay Kapur’s death.

The children have demanded 20% share each in their father’s massive ₹30,000 crore estate. They also requested the High Court to freeze all properties until the dispute is resolved.

The Mysterious Death of Sanjay Kapoor

On June 12, 2025, Sunjay Kapur died suddenly in the UK. Reports suggest that while playing polo, he accidentally swallowed a bee, which caused severe breathing issues and led to a fatal heart attack.

His last rites were performed in Delhi a week later, where Karisma Kapoor attended with her children.
