Huma Qureshi’s Cousin Killed in Bhogal Area of Delhi
In a deeply disturbing incident, Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi’s cousin brother, Asif Qureshi, was murdered late Thursday night in Delhi’s Nizamuddin area. The attack occurred following a heated argument over a parking issue with neighbors, Ujjwal and Gautam, who have since been arrested by the police.
Murder Took Place Around 11 PM Over Scooter Parking
As per the Delhi Police, the conflict began at around 11 PM in Bhogal Bazaar Lane, located in the Jangpura area. Asif Qureshi had reportedly requested his neighbors to move their scooter which was parked blocking the entrance to his home. The situation escalated quickly, and in a fit of rage, the two neighbors allegedly attacked him with a knife.

The victim’s wife, Sainaz Qureshi, stated that such parking issues had happened before. On Thursday, her husband once again requested the scooter to be moved, which led to a confrontation. According to her, the accused began verbally abusing Asif, and then stabbed him in the chest with a sharp-edged weapon.
Asif was rushed to National Heart Institute in East Kailash, but due to excessive blood loss and a deep chest wound, he was declared dead on arrival.
Both Teenagers Arrested, Case Under Investigation
Police quickly acted on the incident and arrested both Ujjwal and Gautam, who live nearby. An FIR has been registered and further investigation is underway to understand the sequence of events and determine if the murder was premeditated.
