Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has landed in legal trouble after the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) issued a notice against him and his family over alleged illegal construction at their property. The issue revolves around the Allu Business Park, located on Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
According to GHMC officials from Circle-18, the structure has been extended beyond the approved plan, prompting a show-cause notice asking why the building should not be demolished.
What Is Allu Business Park?
Constructed nearly two years ago, Allu Business Park houses offices of Geetha Arts, Allu Arts, and other companies linked to the actor. The building is spread over 1,226 square yards in the heart of the city.
GHMC had initially sanctioned two basements, a ground floor, and four additional floors. However, reports suggest that a new illegal extension was recently added to the fourth floor, sparking the controversy.
GHMC Issues Demolition Warning
Officials have clarified that unless a satisfactory explanation is provided, action could be taken to demolish the illegal extension. The notice specifically asks the owners to explain why the disputed structure should not be razed.
So far, Allu Arjun and his family have not responded to the GHMC notice, further intensifying speculation over the future of the building.
