The 42-year-old model and reality TV star took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on May 2 to address an online report by Celebrity Net Worth, which claimed she has a net worth of $500,000.

“I didn’t understand why people thought I was rich till I saw this,” Curry wrote. “This is SO not f***ing true. I wish!”

The post quickly gained attention, earning over 1,000 likes and more than 100 comments. While some followers explained that “net worth” includes assets and isn’t the same as cash in hand, Curry firmly responded that she has “no equity in my home. None.”

“In 30 years I’ll own it,” she added, referencing the timeline of her mortgage payments.

When another user joked that she must be wealthy after appearing on VH1 decades ago, Curry shot back with self-deprecating humor:
“I was a z-list reality TV mess.”
She contrasted her experience with more successful reality stars, saying, “those Jersey Shore kids made bank, I hear.”

From Fame to Simplicity

Curry rose to fame in 2003 after winning the debut season of America’s Next Top Model. Her prize included a modeling contract and brand endorsements, launching her into the spotlight. She later starred in My Fair Brady, a VH1 reality show with then-husband Christopher Knight. However, Curry left the fashion and entertainment industries in 2012 and married voice actor Matthew Rhode in 2018.

Now living a quiet, rural life in Montana, she frequently shares personal insights and life updates online. One of her most emotional revelations came earlier this year when she opened up about her breast-implant explant journey.

“Five years post breast implant explant, and I have had a total metamorphosis,” she wrote on January 6.

She described losing over 90% of her natural breasts due to necrosis, refusing further surgeries, and enduring years of emotional recovery. Curry credited her husband Matthew for being her rock during the ordeal.

“I was brought to my knees in humility and came through the fire of my vanity dying,” she wrote. “It took a solid two years for them to look human again.”

Living Remotely, Living Honestly

Today, Curry describes her Montana life as “very remote,” filled with “glorious silence.” She frequently uses her platform to share raw, unfiltered opinions about fame, beauty standards, and life beyond the camera.

She closed her January post by saying she’s now “happy and healthy,” and wouldn’t wish plastic surgery on her “worst enemy.”

Whether it’s calling out fake net worth claims or sharing her post-reality TV struggles, Adrianne Curry continues to be as candid and bold as ever.
