Popular Bollywood singer Mika Singh is not just known for his hit tracks but also for his massive property investments. The singer proudly owns 99 houses across different cities and a luxurious 100-acre farmhouse. In an interview, Mika revealed that his 99th house was designed by Gauri Khan, wife of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

“I Am a Farmer’s Son, Land Never Cheats”

Speaking to Galatta India, Mika said, “I have built 99 houses—some small, some big, some expensive, and some in villages. It doesn’t matter how big they are, what matters is how many you own. Many people love me, but some also abuse me, calling me crazy for not marrying and spending life in building houses.”

The singer emphasized his roots, stating, “We are children of farmers. We don’t know where to spend money except on land. My grandfather always said, land never betrays you.”

More Savings, Less Luxury Show-Off

Although Mika is often seen as someone who spends lavishly on luxury items, he clarified that he is financially disciplined. “Whatever we save, we invest in property. People expect me to waste money dancing with 20 girls, but I’d rather buy land. Many singers in the industry have money but they keep wasting it on branded clothes, private jets, and unnecessary luxuries. Real wealth is in savings and smart investment.”
